Challenging Lives.

The challenges we face in life and the expectations we place on ourselves can at times feel overwhelming. Our relationships, work, social lives or life in general can become so difficult to cope with and emotionally painful, that getting through each day can become a real struggle. 

Significant life events can be traumatic unresolved issues from the past can remain all consuming. You may be left feeling powerless, out of control, your thoughts, emotions, physical sense of being exhausted with no obvious way forward. 

Avoiding your difficulties and emotional pain does not make them go away. Giving yourself a hard time for not being able to fix your life just makes things worse. Stress and worries turn to anxieties and low mood, and if left unchecked can turn to long debilitating physical and mental illness.
